• https://github.com/stac-utils/stac-check tool should be listed in the "best practices" document

• the "best practices" recommendations should be added to https://github.com/stac-utils/stac-check tool to ensure they are recommended/applied/flagged for potential users

• stac-check should be ran on the STAC Collections/Items provided in https://github.com/crim-ca/mlm-extension/tree/main/examples to self-validate (on top of pystac.validation using the schema from https://github.com/crim-ca/mlm-extension/tree/main/json-schema).

• wrap stac-check and pystac.validation into the CI with GitHub Actions
