feat: use `include_tags` for kolla repositories
Fix brackets in fluentd opensearch config
OVS interfaces drop packets during normal operation, generating lots of spurious alerts.
When using the Ceph ingress for balancing RGW traffic, we disable the KA loadbalancing of this traffic. Therefore, we do not need to monitor the ``ceph-rgw`` endpoints when ``enable_ceph_rgw_loadbalancer=false``.
We need to also delete the ``heat-cfn`` service. The endpoint deletions are redundant, as endpoints are removed when the services are deleted.
