Motivation and Resolution

Improve SNIP-29 related Dev experience

Usage related changes

  • preparePaymasterTransaction is now public
  • timeBounds 'executeAfter' & 'executeBefore' are now expressed in seconds (BLOCK_TIMESTAMP)
