Some recipients require BT-19 to be set in invoices sent to them.
I added BT-19 to the UBL output to make this possible.

My editor automatically cleaned up some inconsistencies in the formatting, leading to the other changes.
I didn't see this initially, which is why they also ended up in the commit.
