Setup Crontab Lock files

I have it running like that:

• • • • • /usr/bin/flock -w 0 /home//nftmon/cron.lock /home//nftmon/nftmon.sh
• • • • • /usr/bin/flock -w 0 /home//mojomon/cron.lock /home//mojomon/mojomon.sh

Testing if it still works right now.

edit: mojomon works! I have no NFT to test out nftmon atm
