pysobatools not supported on Windows

hi Steve! thank you for this repo as I'm really interested in it. I just wonder whether there is any workaround for pysobatools to be installing on Windows?

Hi Johan, Thank you for your interest! I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately, I don't have a Windows machine to debug it for you. However, since this repository is built on pycocotools, you might find a workaround in their repository.
