Add basic config tutorial

We have a tutorial for setting up an external computer (and profile/code), but it might be nice to have a similar, much simpler tutorial for the basic set up, similar to the contents of https://stfc.github.io/aiida-mlip/user_guide/get_started.html (or in place of it).
