Why?

Follow up to #2152

What?

  • Entries from the mid month Sept release were being repeated in the latest release. Removed these
  • Entries for the mid month Sept release were not language specific diffs. Fixed that
  • There are some entries that are either GA or public preview ones that are mistakenly added to the private preview. Removed these
