Security fixes

In this version the dependency packages has been updated for better security.

Bugfixes in status request / response

Remove required fields (for status call).
Added generic isCancelled method when icepay is throwing undocumented failures.
Add fallback providerTransaction id for status call.
Remove (unnecessary) parameters from status call.
