[BUG] - Broken "Report Issue" link in footer

Description
The "Report Issue" link in the website footer is broken. Clicking on it does not open the intended reporting page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to footer
2. Click on any link in Support section.
3. Now, go to footer and click on Report issue.
4. See error

Expected behavior
Clicking on the "Report Issue" link should navigate to the correct issue reporting page.
