Description:

The Report Issue Page currently appears without any CSS styling, resulting in a plain and unformatted layout. Essential elements such as the header, text, and navigation links are not visually separated, making it difficult to read and navigate.

✅ Proposed Solution

• Add or link the missing CSS file(s) responsible for layout and styling

• Ensure consistent spacing, padding, and alignment across sections

• Apply responsive CSS rules for better mobile and tablet support

• Test across different browsers to confirm styles load correctly
