Duplicate "Resources" block showing in footer section.

🐞 Bug Description

In the footer section, the "Resources" block is being rendered twice. This creates unnecessary duplication and breaks the intended footer layout.

1. Open website
2. Scroll down
3. Notice that the "Resources" block is shown two times.

🎯 Expected Behavior

The "Resources" block should only be rendered once in the footer.
