The Nav Links toggle menu in glossary.html is not visible in dark mode

📋 Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'Footer of the Landing Page'
2. Click on Glossary
3. Click on the three bars toggle menu (ensure you are in dark mode)
4. See error

🎯 Expected Behavior

The Theme and UI needs fixing
