[Enhancement] - Fix the UI for tag based filtering form

A more modern Look can be given to the above form.
Tasks:

1. Centering the heading.
2. Removing Labels and using placeholders inside the input field.
3. Hover effects on the button
4. Size of button can be increased

and at the bottom there is a cloud sync section, remove that also

I will comment the code instead of completely deleting it, just in case it is needed in the future.
