feature section and header issue

Hi @supriya46788 ,
I am a contributor at GSSoC’25.

I noticed a couple of issues on the website:

The feature section is not working when clicked. I can create a new slide for it to ensure proper functionality.

On hovering over the header, the cursor changes, which might not be the intended behavior. I can update this to improve the user experience.

Please let me know if I can proceed with these fixes.

• about feature section - this is just a landing page so it will not take you to any page, its just giving a brief description about the application
• about header issue - the cursor should change to pointer because it is navbar section
