[DOCS] - Update Tech Stack , Project Structure and Getting Started

Documentation Update
The current README.md is missing certain details about the technologies used and project structure. Adding these along with a getting started section would help new contributors understand the codebase faster and make the project beginner-friendly

Suggested Changes
1.Add a tech stack section
2.Add a project structure section in a tree format
3.Add a Getting Started Section

I am a first time GSSOC'25 contributor and would like to start off with fixing these documentation issues.
