Currently, the chatbot is only visible and accessible on the Home and FAQ pages. This limits its usefulness, as users may also need quick assistance while browsing other sections of the website.
Proposed Solution
- Integrate the chatbot so that it is available on all pages of the website.
- Ensure it remains fixed at the bottom-right corner for consistent visibility.
- Test responsiveness across different devices.
Use Case
- Provides users with instant support and guidance regardless of which page they are on.
- Improves customer experience and reduces drop-offs by allowing users to quickly resolve queries.
- Ensures consistent availability of support throughout the shopping journey.
