Broken Hyperlink in Documentation (Community Operator Installation) #169

@AryanP45

Description

@AryanP45

I noticed a broken hyperlink in the documentation at the Community Operator installation page. The link currently pointing to:

https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.17/observability/monitoring/enabling-monitoring-for-user-defined-projects.html

returns a 404 error. The link can be found in the [docs at line 138](

- Configure user workload monitoring on the cluster. Refer to the official OpenShift [documentation](https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/latest/observability/monitoring/enabling-monitoring-for-user-defined-projects.html) for more information.
).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to [Community Operator Installation Documentation](https://sustainable-computing.io/installation/community-operator/).
  2. Locate the hyperlink to "enabling monitoring for user defined projects".
  3. Click the link which leads to a 404 error page.

Expected Behavior:
The hyperlink should direct users to a valid page with correct documentation.

Possible Fix:
Please update the hyperlink to a correct URL, or remove the link if it's no longer applicable.

Thank you for your attention to this issue!
