UX issue - scroll triggers when previous selected row either partially visible or out of window view

When a partially visible or off-screen row is selected, and then another row is clicked, the view scrolls unexpectedly, sometimes causing the clicked row to move out from under the cursor.

In the following example the window scrolls when Haylee is clicked (the second time) and the problem is much more visible when Lisandro is clicked.

Just to add: To reproduce this, open https://docs.svar.dev/svelte/grid/samples/#/bigdata/willow and scroll few "pages" down and click any row.

Could you please double-check the issue? It seems that it does not reproduce right now, but we experienced a similar problem earlier, so it may persist, but I cannot see it from my side

While the above demos work as expected now, I still get the issue in my project.

The online grid demos works properly.
I cloned and ran the demos repo locally, but it looks like the fix hasn’t been included there yet.

I applied the following patch, which resolved it in my case:
