Snap support for windows 11

@MichelMichels I'm still fan of Windows 10, using 11 only for work, but didn't run yet the app on 11. Isn't Windows 11 do that by default? Would be a nice integration indeed.

@sygmond in Windows 11 it appears in the native title bar while hovering over the maximize button. But not on this replacement. I think it has to do with the windows hook.

ah, right. Considering that the buttons are custom now, that function is lost. Would be indeed nice to add it back someway.
