Save, List, Restore slider positions

The user should be able to save and restore the position of sliders in a manner that is persisted when the model is converted to SBML. The user also may want to view the set of saved slider positions. Considerations include:

• User interface: add Save, List, and Restore buttons to the slider window?
• Manner of persistence: Possibly save as serializable SBML metadata

You might want to ask David about how their own simulator saves this information--we were talking at the SED-ML meeting about saving exactly this information. One option for saving the information is in the 'range' object from the 'distib' package. In antimony, you save it with something like: a = 5 a.range = {1, 6} which is saved in SBML as: ```xml <parameter id="a" value="5" constant="true"> <distrib:listOfUncertainties> <distrib:uncertainty> <distrib:uncertSpan distrib:type="range" distrib:valueLower="1" distrib:valueUpper="6"/> </distrib:uncertainty> </distrib:listOfUncertainties> </parameter> ```
