Add GTN-1500LIM24W/GTN-2000LIM48W OEM wifi dongle support

I am not familiar with GitHub, I hope I am not writing in the wrong place.A few days ago I received a Y & H 2000W 1500W inverter with a Wi-Fi USB stick. At home I use Home Assistant. On the USB stick, I installed the software "esp8266-wifi-dongle-example.yaml" using ESPHome, and this is what appears in the log:

Key differences:

The frames are structurally similar, but have:

1. Length field in byte 1 (new)
2. 8 additional bytes at the end (bytes 16-23)
3. Same basic structure for Operation Mode, Status, Voltages, etc.

The additional 8 bytes likely contain new measurements/features (e.g., extended
statistics, new sensors).
