Update for upcoming changes in package seriation

Hi,

The seriation method names for MDS methods change slightly in the upcoming version of seriation. We have added several nonmetric MDS variants:

"isomap" , "isoMDS", "monoMDS"

You can also register more MDS methods from smacof using register_smacof().

The old name for isoMDS ("MDS_nonmetric") will be deprecated with version 1.5.0 and will produce a warning.

Please adapt the following file once seriation_1.5.0 is on CRAN:
