[3pt] Provide a more adequate translation of "floating-point" etc

## What's wrong?

Floating-point numbers are translated as числа с плавающей запятой. However, all programming languages accept числа с плавающей точкой (`0.5`, not `0,5`).

There is a similar problem with phrases like "decimal point", "numbers with point", "digits after point" etc.

We need to fix this translation issue across the docs.
