Windows10 GNSS-SDRLIB-GUI not found devices (bladerf)

I have a bladerf x 40

I installed the driver through these coordinates.

It worked fine on Windows 10.

However, if you run it through the GNSS-SDRLIB-GUI program,

error: failed to open bladerf No devices available

How do I solve this?
