Is it possible using this library to extend the image types that CSS can parse?

I have some images in RGB format. I don't want to convert them to PNG or anything else. I hope to render them directly in HTML and CSS. Can I use this library to extend the image types that CSS can parse?

Nope. We do not have any control over how html/js/css work. We're simply wrapping around existing web engines.
