Self-hosting and how docker makes it easier to do so

Describe the solution you'd like
a docker file (or docker-compose) to easily deploy a containerised version of TechBlitz

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can't think of a current alternative to a docker deployment

Additional context
I mean, we all love docker. right?

Hey @TheMikeyRoss 👋 . This is something I've been thinking about for a while! This is one I can pick up when I have some downtime. But if someone wants to pick it up, just self assign 🚀
