added the tekshsi_SimplePlotExample Folder and the tekhsi_simplePlotExample.py file.
moved to a different folder in the repo.
Added to the readme file with TekHSI Simple Plot Example.
Added the link for python 3.12 for the tekHSI plot example in the ReadME file.
