[Bug] MarshallingRule marked as internal

What are you really trying to do?

Trying to create my own types for marshalling.

Describe the bug

I noticed that MarshallingRule is marked as internal, which does not allow using the RuleFactoryInterface when the corresponding rules of static analyzers are working in the project.

Temporal\Internal\Marshaller\MarshallingRule is internal to Temporal but called from App\SomeType
