occasional connection reset by peer error with project cleaner

We seems to be getting an occasional error 
```
api..read tcp []:xxxx->[.....]:443: read: connection reset by peer]
```
It seems to be due to the caching mechanism in transport triggered when CF resumes. We should upgrade to a recent go version and see if that fixes the issue.
