Run the pipeline

If the CI pipeline doesn't run when you create the PR, the PR requires a user with GitHub collaborators access to run the pipeline.

Run the CI pipeline when the PR is ready for review and you expect tests to pass. Add a comment to the PR with the following text:

@Ak-sky, is there a reason it is only applicable for enable_vpc_flow_logs but not for enable_platform_metrics? They both are booleans. (Ideally, keeping both the description at the top level which contains the URL and the descritpion within it with true or false values)

Similarly, only applied to cos_bucket_class and flow_logs_cos_bucket_archive_days but not to management_endpoint_type_for_bucket or any other, which also has choices.
