[Enhancement]: Add Kong (Gateway) support #1484

Problem
It would be nice to have a testcontainer for a minimal Kong API gateway container. I don't know if this is possible.
Solution
Implement a new testcontainer type "kong".

- Easier tests
- More flexibility
