feat: add the latest spec updates

Problem:
Several changes were made to the API Spec and need to update it

Solution:
Apply the latest changes, including
1. Added optional seconds parameter to control the duration of animation
to generate.
2. Fixes some documentation issues.

Testing Done:
Tested generating the python client for Blender and Unity and verified
that they still work with the spec update.
