Broken links to some websites

There are some broken links in the list:

• http://cse.iitk.ac.in/~rsehgal/ -> 404 not found
• http://devsource.com.br/ -> times out
• http://chanchal1987.wordpress.com -> no longer available, site deleted
• http://blog.hsp.dk/how-to-setup-vpn-server-on-raspberry-pi-or-digitalocean/ -> domain doesn't resolve
• http://Https://oliver2213.me -> should be https://oliver2213.me
• The one already mentioned in Kano OS Link broken #167

I found these by enabling the https://github.com/manuzhang/mkdocs-htmlproofer-plugin plugin for MkDocs. However, it also returned some false positives (LinkedIn blocks the connection requests so the plugin returns a HTTP 999 error while the page on LinkedIn is perfectly reachable in a browser) and running it took a long time, so I wouldn't recommend to enable it by default. If you're interested, I could create a PR to run this check daily in a GitHub action, but then I first want to create a PR to the plugin to solve these false positives.
