🐞 [Bug]: Failed to create farm and not mentioning the reason

What happened?

Tried create a new farm, but it failed to due to to zero balance
The reason of failure (Balance is not enough) was not mentioned in the error message
It should display a proper error message with the reason of failure

Work in progress:

• disable "Create Farm" button in case the balance is less than 2 TFTs
• added tool-tip to the button

Since tool-tips don’t work on disabled buttons, added a wrapper around the button to enable tool-tip functionality when it's disabled.
