Revisit contracts total cost

          I think the loading issue is not related where do you call the get cost function but with assigning the total cost with zero or undefined, also after delete contracts we have two requests  fetching the consumption

the total cost is correct and doesn't change while pagination so we can merge this fix for the release and open another issue to revisit the logic and reduce the consumption calls
