Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

  • When deploying a Presearch node using only the Mycelium network interface, the node does not appear as "Running" in the Presearch dashboard.

Describe the solution you'd like

While there is currently a message explaining this behavior, it would be better if IPv4 were used by default

we can enable the IPv4 by default, and the user can disable it i he needs.

work completed

  • enable ipv4 on init
  • fix network component to keep ipv4 as it is if the hasSmpt is false
