Dashboard that allow the user to:

Create Farm
List Farms with filters
List Nodes with filters
Create / Get Account ---> Once user opens the dashboard it asks him to enter his hex seed/ private key to create account or get account

setup vue + vuetify

linked registrar client (will be changed later)
