Include specs of the GPU

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Nodes return only GPU vendor and ID which allows for searching based on specific models. However, searching based on specs like VRAM, Bandwidth, Frequency, etc... is not possible.

Describe the solution you'd like

Include other specs when reporting available GPUs. Not sure which data is available locally and and which needs querying from external DBs. But it would improve user experience when renting nodes.

Yesterday
I investigated how to retrieve full GPU information within ZOS and how that information is currently stored.

I found that only the GPU ID is saved, which doesn't provide accurate details about the GPU’s VRAM, bandwidth, frequency, and other specifications—especially since devices with the same model can have different configurations.

As a suggestion, I propose passing detailed GPU information during the boot process.

• After investigation, I didn't find a universal way to pass detailed GPU information during the boot process
• I tried to search for another way to get the GPU other than that I install the GPU driver program, which is of a large size.
• I will use lshw to get the GPU memory for now.
• Updated zosbase to bind the lshw to gpuinfo

• tested with lshw binary on the node 291 and made a RPC call it returned the right calculations of the vram

Now after this pr merged, we will need to update SDK clients to support the new GPU field
so i made two issues:

• Support showing gpu vram tfgrid-sdk-ts#4319
