Description
tomo_helper writes various specfem input files as output based on the provided choices in the tomo_helper parameters file. It will be best to have this output file and folder structure be consistent with the DATA folder in specfem. The idea is to output a DATA folder with the necessary files and subfolders as requested by the user organized in a way consistent with the requirements of specfem. In an ideal scenario the output DATA folder from tomo_helper should be completely ready for running simulations in specfem.
