Description
It will be extremely helpful if tomo_helper can download / generate a CMTSOLUTION file also. Parameters related to downloading / generating a CMTSOLUTION file can be provided through the tomo_helper parameters' file. Either an event origin description or the moment tensor description can be provided as input through the parameters' file. The event origin description can then be used to search over a catalog. Either a CMTSOLUTION file or a moment tensor description can be downloaded from the catalog. If moment tensor descriptions are provided, they can be formatted into the a CMTSOLUTION file.
