autosizing the elements of the mesh #21
Description
An extremely helpful feature in tomo_helper would be to automatically size the mesh elements based on the target frequencies and the background velocity / stiffness model. The highest target frequency can be an input parameter in the parameter's file. A time step suggestion can also be made as part of the designing procedure.
