Integrate OpenT2T client

We need to update the node hosting DSB to use the new OpenT2T client under development here: http://github.com/openT2T/client

Replace JXCore integration in the AllJoyn bridge with the OpenT2T client library, when it has sufficient functionality. This will not be a drop-in replacement, because the new library provides a much higher-level abstraction.
