Ion Filesystem Authentication Fails with 2FA enabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Have 2fa enabled
2. Access the CSL Filesystem from Ion
3. Login using password and 2fa otp - directs to a page with all the folders in the user's filesystem
4. Try to click into one of the folders - the page returns to the login with an error message "Authentication failed".
5. If you login again, it goes to the folder page - so it's impossible to actually get into the filesystem.

Expected behavior

Clicking into the folder should open up the contents of the folder (like it does without 2fa enabled).

Not sure if this is a problem on other methods of accessing the filesystem (like workstations)?

Workstations and everything else should work. This will be tricky to fix. It's because each time a file is accessed a new SFTP session is opened, and with 2FA the OTP will be different. A possible solution is to keep the same SFTP session open, but dangling sessions seems a little risky. This will require some thought. Thanks for writing up this issue.

Although honestly Ion files app is kind of outdated. JupyterHub can do the same thing much better. Ion was more for storing central files for the school to access (e.g. SGA files) but they don't really use it anymore...
