Padding off and decorations missing #13

Hi tmack8001. Thanks for making this repo available! I'm having a couple issues after importing the side-view and top view cards into my HA instance.
- For the side view, I can't find a base image that doesn't show the vehicle plugged in for the conditional when the vehicle isn't plugged in.
- For the side view, the default padding is off (see image below).
- For the top view, none of the decorations/state info is showing up (see image below).
