Install pull request notifier for bitbucket

Hi, we're currently using Pull Request Notifier addon on bitbucket server 5.9.0. But we couldn't find this add on through the market place to install or upgrade it anymore. Do you have any other way to have this plugin install in the bitbucket server? Do we have to build the file by our own? Thank you
