A custom firmware to test LED lighting bar

@bschwind I wanted to make a custom firmware for testing LED lighting bars at the factory, which switches the front_light from dark -> orange -> white, so we can verify the correctness of the wiring etc. Is this looking mostly correct?

If it works and it's not going into main, then really anything is fine. But we also already have a timer we can use, if that's what you want.
