Steps

• open the https://github.com/tremor-rs/tremor-runtime/edit/main/README.md file and click on the "Development Quick Start Guide" on line 157
• • open the https://github.com/tremor-rs/tremor-runtime/edit/main/README.md file and click on any "Troy" link between lines 175-188
