Hi, have you followed the Tutorial to understand how to use the Async Loading Plugin? Try to test on a fresh project first, also make sure you disable the "Pre-Load Screen Movie Player" plugin because it conflicts with Async Loading Screen, just use Startup Loading Screen section for your startup logo movie

I did follow the tutorial and the pre-load screen movie player was already disabled and so far still now working, I was thinking of resetting the plugin settings at least but how can i do that tho? BTW the loading screen originally worked until it stopped for some reason.

Actually I am having the same on UE 5.5.4, Worked fine in my project and has just stopped working at all. Sometimes I can hear sound but no visuals.

EDIT: Setting the video resolution to 1280x720 as per Guidelines on the Epic forum and not 1920x1080 worked

Generally helpful developers need more to work with for troubleshooting than "it doesn't work". It's 100% assumed that someone posting an issue, has an issue (that's the purpose), so you don't open an issue titled "I have issue" with the only context being "it doesn't work any more".

Have you done any debugging? Looked at logs? What's different between your project version that worked, and the one that doesn't? The more relevant information and detailed descriptions you provide when submitting the issue, the easier and faster it is for others to troubleshoot.

You're very likely to cause frustration submitting issues with no helpful details. Some projects will even remove someone's ability to submit issues altogether if they can't follow basic etiquette, so it wouldn't hurt to familiarize yourself with those concepts 😊

I mean no ill will in saying all that - it's just a nudge to help you with better issue submissions. Bad issue reports can be a major stress for teams/developers, because they need to process them. If they have a bunch of poor issue reports like "Doesn't work", "I need help", "Smells funny after update", and no solid details... Well, they're wasting precious development time requesting more information and trying to actually figure out what the issue is, before even getting to fixing the issue (if it exists at all).
