Add logistic and hyperbolic secant distributions

I request that you add the logistic https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logistic_distribution and hyperbolic secant https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperbolic_secant_distribution distributions. They both have exponential tails but are not sharply peaked as the Laplace distribution is.
